1. Services

Eedhal Technology provides the following digital services:

• Web Development (websites, web applications, e-commerce platforms)
• Instagram Management (content creation, community management, growth strategy)
• Google Ads (campaign setup, management, and optimization)

2. Agreement

By engaging our services, you agree to these terms. A formal agreement will be provided for each project outlining scope, timeline, and payment terms.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. Generally, a deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion or as specified in the agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables. Eedhal Technology retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

5. Revisions

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not share your business information, strategies, or data with third parties without your explicit consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Eedhal Technology's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
