Clients are responsible for:

Timely feedback and approvals
Making payments according to agreed terms
Ensuring they have rights to all provided materials

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

6.1 Service Warranty

We warrant that our services will be performed with professional skill and care. We provide bug fixes and technical support for 30 days after project delivery.

6.2 Disclaimer

Except as expressly stated, all services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

Eedhal Technology's liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

8. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of our clients' information and will not disclose confidential information to third parties without written consent.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In case of termination:

Client pays for work completed up to termination date
Eedhal Technology delivers all completed work
Both parties return confidential information

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
Upload malicious code or content

11. Governing Law
